Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. military addresses via USPS. Depending on your location, expedited shipping may be available for an extra charge at checkout.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Shipping transit times are provided at checkout as a general estimate and are not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

PLEASE NOTE: Order processing and shipping transit times may be longer during sales or holidays. We appreciate your understanding.

We send shipping notifications via email (and SMS if you subscribed at checkout). Be sure to check your spam folder or promotions tab if you don't see these emails in your inbox.

If your order seems to be lost in transit or is missing, please email us at hello@naturewellbeauty.com.

Free Shipping:  We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) for orders of $50 or more.

RETURNS

OUR RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order delivery.
Even if it's been opened and used!

We accept returns for items purchased from NatureWellBeauty.com only.
If you purchased your products from another retailer, please contact them directly for return and exchange options. Retailer returns are subject to the retailer's own return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Mail-back instructions, if applicable, will be provided after the return form is submitted. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Subscribe & Save shipments: Products purchased as a subscription are considered final sale. If you're purchasing a product for the first time, we recommend the "one time" purchase option to experience the product and return if needed.
  • Gift cards
  • Any products noted as "Final Sale"
  • Products purchased at a 40% or more discount

Store Credit versus Refunds
You can return your products for a NatureWellBeauty.com gift card, which includes an additional $5 bonus (limit of one $5 bonus issued for each order). Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any shipping charges that were paid on the original order are excluded from your refund or store credit amount.

Amazon Purchases
If you purchased your product on Amazon and wish to return, please submit your return request via Amazon's built-in return system.

Return Abuse
We closely monitor return activity. Any behavior that is deemed excessive, unreasonable, or indicative of policy abuse (including, but not limited to, repeated returns, false claims, or return fraud) may result in temporary suspension of return privileges or permanent closure of your account.

NatureWell Beauty reserves the right to determine return eligibility and make changes to this Return Policy at their sole discretion and without notice.
